I'm 71, and just started pressure cooking in an Instant Pot. What a difference in my diet. Have finally turned the corner to eat whole foods, plant-based. My initial thought....what a great tool for every family.....quick, nutritious meals with lots of beans, onions, veggies of all kinds.(maybe a smattering of meat). How about a community kitchen with several Pots cooking the neighborhood dinners? Always plenty of leftovers for next day! Unfortunately, the Pots are made in China. Wish I could have bought American. Mrs. Obama.....so glad for Plezi, and what's to come!
We really must pressure the food manufacturers to stop the sugar coating. Too many diabetic are suffering and our children are getting overweight and mentally slow, sluggish etc

Yes, even in my grocery store, they labeled an area fresh and healthy food, that had tuns of sodium. I learned the hard way where suddenly I was getting headaches from it. This is great. Food matters. I really believe in the cafeteria experience, believe that there's a lot of room for capitalism to innovate into a culture and infrastructure for healthy+social meals. Everybody can have food. Robots can help. EVERYBODY can have good food, and not even have to decide from day to day what to buy or what to cook, unless they want to. Very cafeteria.
