Like Bizarro? No. Bizarro is the hero we never knew we needed but never deserved because he ends up misunderstood due to his mixed-up ways. Kamoshida is simply a criminal perv who needs to be locked up.
Thankfully this Kamoshida is not even close to the one who got the change of heart. This one believes that the Phantom Thieves are just another villain group that is terrorizing the city he protects.
I mean I'm not surprised, it's what most of the people that would be active in internet comments would know. For me it's that they're clearly poking fun at the excessively macho and self righteous 70's era heroes in the super robot or tokusatsu shows and the utterly useless female characters of that era as well. They'd give them a weapon or something but like they'd never actually do anything other than just kind of suck before the manly hero swooped in and saved them and copped a feel or something. The fact that it's two characters that are the polar opposite of those sorts of characters and can more than take care of themselves in the game tied up and playing that sort of outdated heroine role makes it even funnier.
That's it! I'm going to need a powered armor suit, a one-armed politically left-leaning master archer, a steam roller, enough electricity to power a city block and a large amount of kryptonite. Sounds strange, but my plan to take out Kamoshidaman requires them. Copied it from some rich guy in Gotham City.

If you take note, that AOE attack did more damage to the four with binds than Joker, though its no way to tell if the other party were Guarding or not.
