Did they weigh your shoulder bag and hand carry luggage?
They didn’t.
Based on my experience
It depends on the airline. Since I rode Cebu Pacific, when I got to the check in counter, they only asked me what are the things I have, and I showed my 1 hand carry and my shoulder bag, then they let me through without weighting it and handed me my boarding pass..
If you are in diffrent airlines something like AirAsia, Emirates, Qatar Air, etc. I’ve seeing many of them really ask the passengers to weight their luggage regardless of hand carry including the shoulder bag.
