Feed is one of the most important factors influencing performance of cultured fish and is influenced by factors such as behaviour of fish, stocking density, quality of feed, daily ration size, feeding frequency and water temperature. Feeding frequency mainly depends on species cultured, age, size, feed quality and environmental factors . Fish obtain the energy they need by eating protein, lipid and carbohydrate are known as macronutrients and small amounts of minerals and vitamins are essential called micronutrient. Hence, two or more ingredients should be mixed into homemade, laboratory and commercial feed formulations.

Hi, just watched your video. Can I feed the soybean pulp alone to the tilapia? I won a small pond raising tilapia so I'm curious if I could feed them just the soybean pulp. Is there any harm if I do that?
Soya pulp contains about 50% dietary fiber, 25% protein, 10% lipid, and other nutrients. Soya pulp is a cheaper source of protein and fibre to animal feeding. Different workers have tried feeding soya pulp to various classes of animals. So it is good.
But the moisture content of fresh soya pulp is around 80-85% which makes it difficult to preserve. Consequently, soya pulp will decompose rapidly once produced. To overcome these limitations fresh soya pulp must be dried as early as possible under appropriate drying conditions.
I know I'm very late to the party but soybean pulp will be a bit too low in protein for tilapia fry and juveniles, so you can get better growth by adding some more protein in the mix. It should be fine for adults in later stages of growth.
Can i use insect meal for replacement of fish meal, soyabean meal and oil cake it's free of cost and contains 40% protein

Papaya peel showed that it is a good source of protein, fiber, minerals and β-carotene contents.
Mango skin is loaded with polyphenols, carotenoids, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin E and various beneficial plant compounds.
So we can use as a feed ingredients.

The cake contains 45-60% protein, 22-30% carbohydrate, 3.8-7.5% crude fibre and 4-6% minerals.
For replacement you can use ingredients which one are available near your place with above mentioned composition.
