I’m not sure if you read these but I have bad depression and anxiety. One day last year my son got me to watch some of your shows. They have helped me so much. I never miss a show. When I’m struggling to even leave my room, I watch several shows and laugh so much. You will never know how much of a blessing y’all truly are.

For your battery situation... for the "extra" batteries you have for your cameras out in the cold, keep them in your pocket close to your body, like jeans pocket, etc. Until youre ready to use it and maybe put one of those hand warmers in your pocket to keep them warmer and then when you put one in your camera, put a hand warmer in a sock or something and rig it on your camera somehow by the battery compartment so the camera/battery stays warm. Obviously you dont want to leave the batteries with the hand warmers while inside but when youre outside, it might be just enough to keep them room temp and last longer.

normally yes you dont want to put batteries near heat but out in the super cold weather it wont cause the battery to heat up enough to explode or anything with just a hand warmer packet.

Last night at karate I did 30 press ups (real ones not on my knees) and when I started karate (11th April 2017) I couldn’t even do one! I do karate 3 hours a week and I’m slowly getting stronger and more self confident! SMILE MORE!!
