I've had too much chemo in my body in 2000 still trying to get better balance. Tried so many other types of different balance tips when I saw yours I Did them and currently doing them. They helped me within 2 days. Unfortunately I'm living in the mountains of Mexico for now.

I’m going to watch & start doing these balance exercises. My lack of balance may be due to CIPD. I’ll know after I see a neurologist who specializes in this.

I will try these exercises for sure. Are there any specific to bilateral knee replacements?
Usually, there are no specific precautions for that other than to avoid kneeling. While having total knees is quite a bit of surgery, there aren't really long-term precautions.

I have Ataxia. Will this help my balance ? I will try it no matter what your answer is. Nothing to lose.
Yes! All of these are effective in helping reduce ataxia.
Will these help if my issue is caused by diabetic neuropathy?
Yes, these will imporve balance in anyone, regardless of the reason why balance is lost. These exercises will improve your balance and coordination.
