True detective season one brought me here. I was blown away when they played young men dead.
Manuel Rocha I've been with them since before they were on any soundtracks, but I'm a big believer that however people find the band, it's a good thing. And I loved how T-Bone Burnett worked The Black Angels into True Detective (more than once.)

First time a band had played inside .. the doom creates echoes that are hard to explain.. proud to have been a part of the small Production team for the Ink n Iron festival..

Another movie brought me here. The Art of Flight where I first heard Young Dead Men from the Passover Album ten years ago. Listened to all of their music and love it all. Hope to see them live this summer.

I've been a big fan of the Black Angels for a few years now. They're one of a selective few bands in which I own all of their albums. I hope being featured in _Assassin's Creed_ gives them the fan base they so deserve.

The band is from my hometown Austin Texas, most of the roads they mention in this song are actual roads and highways in Austin. Working on getting my first motorcycle and soon I'll be rollin' fast down I35 listening to this song. B-)

It was cool this song was in the Assassins creed movie, but I've been listening since their first album came out..such a great band. Also they got a lot of exposure from being featured in the Charlie Manson TV movie.

@@imjoeaf brian jonestown massacre without a doubt. peter hayes was a part of the band for a few years in the late 90's. personally, I came across the black angels first, then spent A TON of time listening to BRMC who i will always be partial to. and eventually found BJM. Seems like a very common trio, through what I've seen. start listening to one....youll be listening to and loving all three haha
