I haven't visited your channel for a long time. Big compliment that you continue to provide the community with great information about pizza. I'm very surprised that you're now in front of the camera too. You're doing that extremely well! Thanks !
Thank you Ellie. Can't wait for the weather to get better to try out these tips. I'm getting the gas attachment for my karu12g and looking forward to comparing with woodfired. If you managed your wood fire good do you think you can cook as many pizzas per hour compared to gas?
Thank you for all the awesome tips. Are you able to provide a link to where you purchased the stainless steel baking sheet that is on your wood counter next to the oven. Thanks!
Thank you!! Here it is: ⇢* Stainless Steel Portable Prep Board - Similar (US) - amzn.to/3VPseRN ⇢* Stainless Steel Portable Prep Board - the same on I use (UK) - amzn.to/4cPOKjy
Great tips! I've had my oven for a few years now and its amazing how each time we pick up little techniques here and there that helps towards the next pizza night attempt. As we live quite near the coast, its not very sheltered in our garden and we get strong wind/gust speeds. This often messes with the temps on my Ooni Gas oven. I definitely miss not having a door on the oven on those days :)

Fantastic! the gas heat isn’t as intense so may take a little longer than wood - at least it’s got the door! The gas will be easier to manage though🔥🍕

Absolutely! I’ve placed the doorless gas ovens in my pizza kitchen area, shaded out of the wind so that works too! 🔥🍕
Do you mix all your doughs by hand even for a party?
Hi - I use a breadmaker to knead the dough (Panasonic).
