    I literally thought about doing this years ago, i’d like to watch more on it and even explaining what went into it! just be careful and dont get your idea stolen 🙏🏼

      Nice! I think you should still do it. I will definitely go into more details if there's enough interest :)

      @@MakeYourPet I WILL NOW! I just saw your last video explaining what went into and honestly sounds like something I could do, Been wanting to make one since I saw Tested review a Robugtix on their channel, btw are you planning on starting a line of this ones?

    Cool Project bro👍, Btw did you apply a parabolic trajectory method for the footsteps pattern of your robot?

    • @MakeYourPet
      @MakeYourPet  2 роки тому +1

      Very similar, I used a slightly bent sin function.

      @@MakeYourPet Ohh it looks like that. Btw, Can i know how you store the entire trajectory and then execute it all at once with invers kinematics ? So that the robot's legs can walk with a step pattern like in your video✌.
      Now i'm doing the same project about quadruped robot for competition. I have got the entire trajectory points, but i'm confused about how to execute that at once to Inverse Kinematics😓😁.

      You can calculate the position of the servos for any given point in the trajectory, so you don't need to store the entire trajectory. I have a loop that moves the position forward based on the elapsed time from the previous iteration, just like how most video games work.
      Good luck with your project, and make sure to show us the results :D

    Hey, will you ever sell one of these? (Prebuilt). And if you do, how much would it cost?

    • @MakeYourPet

      I may sell them in the future, but not currently. but all the designs are free and you can build one yourself if you like.

    What battery are you using

    How fast can you make it though?

    • @MakeYourPet
      @MakeYourPet  2 роки тому +1

      Fast as in walking speed? It only has statically stable gaits, so it cannot run. But it is not slow by any means. I don't think these old-school servos can absorb the running impact efficiently. That may need those low reduction motors used in dog robots... A running hexapod would be epic though!

      It would be sick, gives major horizon vibes :)
      I'm doing mechanical engineering rn, starting to feel like I'm in the wrong course, but also coding is frustrating asf lol

      It's an Android app, so I just did it all in java.
