My dad is a narcissist, and I think he’s been psychically attacking me. I saw a vision of a big shadow monster with his energy, standing in the place where his late father’s spirit would usually be. My dad constantly hurts my feelings it's become normal and I am so sensitive he's a mean homie and tough old school believes only in strict words and hrs voice goes up in the first word and like a energy punch in to my spine. My health is getting worst . Stress all the time and my inner peace is not stable am unsure on how to talk to him because he starts arguments and says it's me and not him. He's always right no Matter what . I guess he's aggressive and I must respect him even if he tell me to shut up already. I instantly felt pressure in my right eye as if something was pushing in or trying to push out and immediately felt as if someone was grazing arm with constant vibrational force flowing through me. My legs are and eye are feeling it the most. Although it’s such a strange yet somewhat uncomfortable feeling I can’t help but keep listening to the audio. It’s definitely a feeling like no other. My dad constantly hurts my feelings it's become normal and I am so sensitive he's a mean homie and tough old school believes only in strict words and hrs voice goes up in the first word and like a energy punch in to my spine. My health is getting worst . Stress all the time and my inner peace is not stable am unsure on how to talk to him because he starts arguments and says it's me and not him. He's always right no Matter what . I guess he's aggressive and I must respect him even if he tell me to shut up already. Or anytime I do a painting or artwork he would tell me that it's not good enough or that I can do one better he would say that or I would work on my computer and if I can't answer the question he makes it harder everything is always harder and not important add the TV is more important and then my dad tells me shut up Brian I can't hear the TV I don't want to hear you anymore like.. I don't know what to do in my life anymore or how to tolerate these emotions I usually get into arguments back I put him in place but in the end I feel like I've lost energy and my day is ruined and he ignores me for the rest of the day and so on and so forth. I've always been sensitive to what people are feeling or around me but now I can't even sense myself I feel I don't know what I am or who I am anymore but I just would love to be imaginative in Creative like I used to be what do I do hannah?.😢🤷

I instantly felt pressure in my right eye as if something was pushing in or trying to push out and immediately felt as if someone was grazing arm with constant vibrational force flowing through me. My legs are and eye are feeling it the most. Although it’s such a strange yet somewhat uncomfortable feeling I can’t help but keep listening to the audio. It’s definitely a feeling like no other. It’s so powerful in which I’ve never felt any pain or pressure from anything I’ve ever listened to before especially not in my eye or anywhere for that matter and in the way I instantly felt a dull pressure. I can admit it’s so cool in its own unique way. The energy is just so amazing.
