- After many requests, I finally listened. Several of my viewers have asked for me to compare Mazatlán to La Paz and I have been stalling. The reason I didn't do this video sooner is because these 2 cities are very very different. With that said, in this week's video, I do my best to compare my personal experience having lived in both. Spot on, Mazatlán is my hometown and it can be very noisy with all the pulmonías banging the music, and unless you live in a gated neighborhood, is very common to have noisy neighbors, Mazatlán is more party oriented, there’s also laid back areas like Cerritos, but they are kinda isolated, but the people in Mazatlán is awesome.
Yeah it’s definitely loud but it’s really not a big deal 😅 I hardly even noticed it beside special events or certain specific people near where I lived haha. I miss many things from Mazatlán though. Thanks for watching! 😊

Have to say the Mazatlán Malecon IS NOT 21KM... this is incorrect information on the internet being perpetuated. 21km is the Faro to Cerritos... essentially the north south length of the city. The Malecon is technically 6.9km from Pedro Infante statue in Olas Altas (South end) to Punto Valentinos (North end).

I think deep down inside your Heart you would prefer to return and live in Mazatlán... It better matches your personality.. but maybe your parents think differently.. just my observation
I definitely miss things about Mazatlán but I also love things here in La Paz. Plus I have an amazing friend group here. I may go back someday 😊
