Happy New Year. Thank you for the reviews. Chuck Norris fact: Chuck Norris sharpens his chainsaw blade while the chainsaw is running. Baton On Purpose.
Hey Brian, been a fan of the channel since 2019, made Eagle Scout in 2020 and I just wanted to say I appreciate you man, you are the epitome of real life, no BS product reviews in my opinion. You also seem like you would make a great Scoutmaster as I’m sure you are. Keep up the good work man, all love here. 💪
I know how you love cutting paper, but I’ll tell you a fun fact you can verify for yourself. With a knife or without. Most paper actually has a grain. Most copier paper (A4 or 8.5x11) has grain running the long way (portrait mode) of the paper. It will be easier to cut along the grain. You can also test this by simply tearing the paper. It will tear very straight with the grain, although this is not quite as noticeable as a cut test. Cross grain will tear a bit wonky. Newspaper also usually has a grain. It will easily tear straight with the grain.
Man, you gotta stop with these Sharp Saturday videos. I need another knife like I need another hole in my head but you've got me wanting them anyway!🤣 Keep up the good work and Happy New Year!
The factory angle on Morakniv's Companion HD is 27°. That works just about right with the 3.2mm blade. This 4mm blase is probably 30-32° (estimate only). Does anyone know?
That thar is a purdy knife..... The old stump: Oh, I see how it is, trading me in for a new model.......I guess I'll just sit here with the top of my head burnt and scarred up, thanks!
Wish I could say I liked the profile of this knife more, but it just kinda doesn't do it for me. Stupid qualm, I know. Thanks for the video all the same, and Happy New Year!
If it only was 3mm thick blade, instead of 4mm.... Thanks for showing it! Happy new Year!!! PS A taller scandi edge bevel, doesn't fix much, those kind of knives should be made with maximum 3mm thick steel.
@@czed7515 That's why Mora as also serious knifemakers, that really know scandi grinds, do not make them very thick. 3mm (1/8 inch) is the thickest you can go, and it still will manage to do splitting and hard use stuff, because scandi provides way more "meat" on a blade, than any other grind. Happy new Year!!!
Don't see any value in this brand. They want $109. For 12c27 which is a step down from joker 14c28n. If you want spanish go with joker can't be beat. But mora Garberg is now $55 in 14c28n Brian happy New Year! Great review as always it is a beautiful knife but many better offers nowadays.
I just wanted to wish you and your family a happy new year. Also to everyone reading this.
Thanks Bryan, I always look forward to the Chuck Norris Facts and of course the Balance Testing Facility.
Happy New Year. See ya next year .

A good looking knife that seems to perform well and isn't too expensive. Nice. Thanks for showing us this one.

Gorgeous knife! A lot of good knives coming out of Spain lately. I am on my 12th Joker knife!
Joker has to be one of the most underrated knife makers out there right now. Their Nomad is a beast and a beaut!

Nice blade! Happy New Year Brian!
Jeo-Tec makes some sharp, strong and beautiful knives! Happy New Year Bryan!
Very nice looking knife. I agree that the grind could be moved up in the blade a little. But overall it looked like it worked very well.
Love your videos Bryan. Happy New Year!
I had this same issue with my joker knives. Their scandi grind should go half way up the flat of the blade
God bless you, Happy New Year Bud.....
Good to go. I appreciate the videos

As always, great review!

Still waiting on a video of the Ontario 499 and 498
Both iconic military and survival knives
Even the dog thinks it's silly.

Totally agree I hate a thick scandi. The only thick knives I can deal with are convex
