Great info thanks Zach!
Great video Zach! Very informative!
Love this! Thank you.
Excellent video about purchasing your first rental in 2024! Looking forward to buying many more turnkey properties this year!
I like news vids if it’s story I’m interested in like this one. I like that we just hear news or see a quick meme or something but you a quick to give detailed summary. 🍻
Great stuff as always! Ready to make some big moves in 2024!
This video is an excellent resource!!!
Thank you Zack
Great Information! Excited to jump in 2024
Brilliant! I love this!!!
I used the VA loan to get my first rental home. Lived in it for 3 years then bought a 2nd home with the VA when I moved.
Same! 🫡
I hope to get my portfolio started this year!
These are great strategies to help maximize the banks money, thanks for the information.
Love having multiple financing options!
Only way i see anything happened this year if your a regular person with a regular job is possibly a house hack to cut your mortgage down but i dont see anything cashflowing in ct with rents and rates where they are not to mention price
Exciting times ahead in real estate for 2024!
This is the way guys! Let's build wealth!
This is exactly what I need to kickstart my goals in 2024! Thanks for breaking down how I can house hack using a VA loan. I did not know that was an option.
Are you using 2 VA loans: one for primary and one for construction?
@@sammyt4549 The VA loan is only for a primary residence. My 1st house hack was a VA loan. After about 2 years, I moved out of that property (& kept it as rental property). I bought another house hack duplex using another VA loan for my next primary residence. You CAN have multiple VA loans at one point in time if you are using them to purchase your next primary residence. Hope this helps!
I mean this with genuine kindness, but I couldn't take this seriously with the music played at the beginning of this. Had to move on to another 2024 how to rental video.
I have a question would be really helpful if I got a reply that would help I want to buy my first piece of property but with my current job which is my main source of income I don't qualify for a loan the property is worth 90k I can probably come up with around 40k to 50k to put down but I was trying to see if I can cut a deal with the owner to make a down payment and pay the rest over time do you think such agreement is possible if so how should I go about doing it
Bro I’m doing the same thing you did . Only my family is staying in house 1 on a va loan and the new build duplex I’m looking at I’ll be moving into and intending to occupy for 12 months . I’m super interested in your turn key rentals . And glad you mentioned the VA loan .
VA loans are not the only strategy for zero down.
I have personally down put Capital on investment properties to cover the operating expenses, debt service & produce positive cash flow
What type of loan is the " house hacking " ????? i have been interested in that type of investment although im not ready for it yet i am getting my feet wet and still learning i would be a 1st time home buyer.
if anyone in the Vegas area is interested and is also ready to get started lmk !
Everybody has already heard about the house hacking method 🤦
This is not a beginner friendly video for first time buyers for rental property or your first time buying a home. You're using terms a first-time buyer can't understand and you're talking too fast.
3mins on house hacking as if this audience hasn’t heard this before.
