That is insanely good since everyone says a handfull top regs make 3bb/100 and majority is only winning with RB/LB. I appreciate your content - obviously you know the solid GTO base but have the creativity to think beyond and develop your own playstyle!
thank you! I am proud of that win rate, its the highest I have personally seen for that sample. 2024 Poker is all about using theory to understand baseline strategies and then building and understanding a strong exploitative framework to counter and exploit each deviation 😎

Hey, great video! I have a question about A9c hand in 26:59 - while choosing your bluffs how big of a consideration for you is your future EV (bluffs FE) and image you may have in people's eyes? What I mean is that even though I'm sure this is +EV bluff but don't you think that you give away to much of a read if being catched here especially that you have some SdV (people in this pool will X here even Qh very often)?
Thank you! You can simplify your question without torturing yourself with endless external questions like " what if he thinks etc". I am risking 180 pot on the river, he needs to defend a certain percentage of his range to make this bet not profitable and I don't think he will call often enough. If I get called by a hand I would expect him to fold like 65 spades then I would over bluff him less in general. A9 here is already nearing the bottom of my range so a bluff is reasonable as it is
Learn so much on your video, thanks! I'm currently playing nl10 in this pool there is a lot of flat calls from the btn or sb w/ a lot of small pairs or suited hands or 2 broadway off suit hands, how do you play versus ip player when your in the middle positions? i think most people really underbluff or play very honest but still hard to play when oop in early position hope to see a video talking about micro stakes or get a reply back thanks a lot !!! Love From Taiwan!!
Love your video here. In regards to GG stats being off, you are correct. Charlie Carrell just made a video on why they're wrong. Basically if you fast fold and go to the next table, that does not count against your 3 bet or 4 bet percentage. So those numbers will appear inflated. Although apparently they may have fixed this issue. Not sure though.
@@playitsmartpoker Yep. It looks like you're in Ontario. Whereabouts? Also have you tried playing PartyOntario? I find the player pool smaller but the players are SO soft.
Great stuff! Thanks. Avery, how did you get so good at range analysis? I mean, I understand that everything comes with practice. But what was your process? Flopzilla? Or just thinking about that? Or something else?
Glad you enjoyed it. My process was having poker be my entire life for years. I made a lot of sacrifices to devote myself entirely to poker while I worked on my game daily.
Hi. Watched some of your content and it is great. Question about the A2s hand. In terms of pot odds, it is clear, however it is not clear how to continue on flops having an Ace. He can put a lot of pressure, hence it will be very hard to realize the actual equity. Could you elaborate on what is the post flop plan if we hit the Ace. Would you call three round of barreling? Thanks.
Hey thanks for the comment and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes thats the skill edge part, there isn't a one sentence answer in terms of how to play when you hit an ace but in general you will be folding if facing barrels since most players play range cbet in 4bet pots and then split on turns and since his only non ace 4bet bluff is kqs, its just a fold vs his range when he barrels since they dont barrel with the other strong pairs as bluffs
How long a session do you play ? To think at this level each hand you must be super focused and sharp minded all the time. My game always fall off when I play long session.
These days I take breaks at least every 2 hours. When I was younger I would play the 8 hour straight sessions no problem but you need to to do what works for you.
hello, i really like your videos they always help to enhance my game. I wanted to ask, what is your opinion on how to build your poker bankroll from scratch online? Rush and cash seems to be really slow way and kind of swingy atleast at low stakes so I would appreciate any tips. Take care man!

Will you continue this grinding challenge in the future. 6bb win rate is insanely good, that means 14 bb pre rake win rate. The only problem is the sample size, variance in 100k could be wild.
I will stay dabble in these games, its a great training ground to work on exploits and strategy. At this point I have posted almost 3 million hands publicly spanning over 7 years with the highest win rates in every format.
@@playitsmartpoker Definitely love to watch more of your content. Please keep it up. I actually talked and played with your students recently, and considering to join your private coaching. The only problem is I am a low stakes player, don't know if I should wait until I move up to higher stakes.
Hey man, big fan of your content but seems like not mentioning variance here is a pretty big ommision? I've had multiple 100k hand stretches break even or losing with a 5-6bb win rate over 700k hands. 100k hands is just not a relevant sample to zero a win rate in any meaningful way. It can defo give a high confidence interval that you are beating the games though (which I have no doubt you are, obviously) Thoughts?
Over only 100k hands that wont be a big enough sample to get an accurate reflection of true winrate. You're an excellent player and I'm sure you're still winning(maybe even more than 5bb/100) but 100k hands isnt enough to demonstrate that
just remember, for every winning player, there is a losing player.... if you don't know what you're doing, stay out of cash games and try your luck with tournaments.
