Instead, it embraces self-love and the joy that is felt by an innocent child without fear. Use this as a healing exercise to release tension and enjoy an escape into a fantasy world of bliss. With a childlike mind, you can find better sleep, clearer thoughts, and a true sense of the miracle of life in every moment of every day! ✨
    This guided meditation session is about 17 minutes long: 14 minutes of the session are guided (with my brief introduction), while the remaining 3 minutes are ambient music made to help calmly end the session and return to your day… or go to sleep. Note that you may want to turn the “auto-play” function off on your UA-cam player.

    This meditation theme was determined by YOU because of your votes! Thank you for your insight and suggestions. I want to emphasize that everyone has experienced a different childhood, some better than others. Therefore, this session focuses on broadly embracing the feeling of childlike wonder, not necessarily remembering back to your own childhood (unless you want to).

    While meditating, some kids outside we're playing, screaming and laughing during the meditation. It gave that extra demension and nostalgia for myself when I was a kid. It felt great🩵

      How lovely, I love watching children play when I'm sat outside in my garden here in Cyprus, playing with a football or riding their bikes, or just chasing each other around it takes me back to the wonderful times I had has a child when we were free to play outside all day, the 1970s were a great time to be a child .

    After a very tiring and stresfull day at work, I just let this take me where the mind and heart wanted. For some reason, I started crying when the affirmations started, and I could't stop until the very end. I'm not sure I'm doing this right ... Neverthess, thank you for everything you are offering, sharing and gifting on your channel!
