Love what you are doing. I have a suggestion. I have been listening to an new Indian podcast/show, where they bring a few experienced professionals of a specific industry such as VC together and instead of an interview it is a debate/discussion on a specific topic however they start from ground zero(ie explain for beginners as well) , found it quite engaging. An example is “WTF is Venture Capital - by Nikhil Kamath” - love to have something like this for the Australian landscape
