Only thing is precision intensify being inferior , it’s only applied once in the formula as its a conditional strength mod , umbral is applied twice through it thus multiplied twice, also it’s a 4% drop in cc for a 20% fire rate gain , its choice tbh not a lot of crit drop in relative terms , other option over gunslinger would be a faction mod if one wanted another modification - galv shot can surpass 200 strengrh with just three procs if someone wnated to lower their strength for other build options as another possibility
