There are no meds and no therapy that will help you. They will just soften it's blow making you weaker and more dependant on them. That's why Ali says his faith in God doesn't let depression in.

Man when he said his mother comment its hit so hard. My mother died in 2012 when I was 15, I've given up on religion though I believe in a creator due to that event. And I constantly feel down no matter how hard I try to be happy and keep going. It feels at this point, pointless. My eyes are heavy, my motivations shrinking, I keep working to get in a better place, but I'm still alone. I try to make friends and relationships, but they always end badly. I try to live empathetically and good to improve my community. I wish I could end war and conflict. Yet I end up in so many other little things and I don't know why, if it's me or what? I just can't break this cycle and it's getting to me now more than ever
