    I’m confused so does Joseph go through the whole NEPQ process at the door or is it just up until the pain is built with the situation questions and then he just transitions to setting up the next appointment?

    This is recycled Sandler training. Lol. It’s awesome. But now I’m seeing this is more up to date Sandler.

    Honestly as a new solar rep be careful buying this training it’s good and has some good tips but “buying the electricity it produces “ is a leasing that isn’t allowed in my state plus on the door the training isn’t Taylored towards your market I bought Nepq 1.0 and it’s been weeks I don’t even have a fully tailored pitch btw a lot of people get offended “at are you the home owner” you won’t get them back with “ sorry if I offended you “ and depending on your demographic they don’t care about saving a little on the energy bill for people with money I’d say focus on ownership I’m not saying anything bad I’m just saying go in prepared if you’re going to buy the training they might try to upsell you too I feel like that’s what they’re insinuating my Nepq mentor always “has to go to the next meeting” I’ll keep you guys updated

      In my experience, nobody has ever once got offended by asking “are you the homeowner”.
      It must be your tonality.
      I’ve had people:
      - Lie and say they weren’t the homeowner
      - Say they are renting / leasing
      - Renters misunderstand the question and assume I mean “is this your home?”
      - Kids say that their parents own the home
      - Relatives/house-sitters/friends say the homeowners are on vacation or at work
      But never have I ever noticed someone actually get offended by such a simple question.
      Maybe you misinterpreted their annoyance of you knocking on their door as being offended for asking if they were the homeowner.
