The newer ones are worse. The best new Honda 450 to buy is prob CRF450R-S.

Haha , there bikes are much different than what you or I can buy! Facts. Best new 450 stock is KTM & Yamaha. Period.

Well, it sure is a nice looking bike.
HRC brace there chassis due to the flex in them, but don’t think your run of the mill rider would need to do that tho.
When you're referring to "rider weight", do you mean fully geared up?
stock cr450R is sluggish and choked down. Feels delayed and ramped when you twist the throttle. Triple clamp change helps the twitchy feel a bunch. Spend $4K-5 after you buy it and it is a great bike.
why dont just buy the RWE version ?

I have the same exact bike. The suspension is the stiffest. I've ever had on any bike on this planet. But mine has small. Unoticeable light on it 2022. CRF. 450R. L. I've had the front And rear suspension all Reworked And Still stiff as a covered wagon Also almost put 4000 into it after market mods. So you actually can't even tell It's street legal. But don't ever ever ever take it off-road in the dirt. It's like a Mini bike with no suspension at all.
