The Supreme Court just ruled that it is legal to tip government officials with gifts and or money after the government officials make a decision that benefits you or the company you own or represent but it is illegal for the government officials to accept the gifts or money before they make a decision. Seems pretty corrupt that Supreme Court Justices that have recently been exposed for accepting money and gifts that have greatly improved their standard of living for them and their families from wealthy people would now accept a case so they could now rule that it is no longer illegal to accept money and gifts after they make a decision. By making this ruling on the Court Case Snyder vs. U.S. after they have previously accepted gifts from wealthy donors did the Supreme Court Justices inadvertently commit an illegal act when they accepted money and gifts before making their ruling in Snyder vs. United States?
WHY DIDNT I KNOW THIS!?
@@kagan.dunlapyeah, y didn’t you :p
@@kagan.dunlapProbably cause the news you follow didn’t report on it
@@DefaultProphet I mean its not like the government hasn't been doing that for decades anyways.. no real difference..
@@yulfine1688 Actually there is a huge difference between it being legal and it not being prosecuted. Get better people in and the latter stops happening
Enlisted: gets in trouble
Justice system: Throw the book at him!
Officer's: involve themselves in corruption
Justice system: *gentle slap on the wrist* probably dont do that again, bud, ok?
True justice doesn't care about rank
This video’s edit was 10/10.
Bro my guy! Thank you!
Yo Kagan, i dunno if you do your own editing or not, but its pretty fire. Keeps me laughing and engaged
I have some other folks doing it because unfortunately i dont have time but im glad you liked it! The team does an awesome job!

Corrected and added.
Yeah that was good report
hahah thanks man
Guessing that the downgrade to a misdemeanor wrist-slap
means the admirals got to quiety retire with full pay & benefits,
maybe they should have considered that the sub-standard services provided
would have a negative impact on operational readiness
I wonder how its going to impact junior officers
@@kagan.dunlap It helps attract the wrong kind of person to logistics & supply, which I think has been a problem since like the Trojan War
Great video as always 👍.
Thanks again!
1 diarrhea inducing MRE for 13 emeralds...

Good video Kagan, love the edititng.
Thanks brotha!
I guess when those admirals are sent to prison they'll become rear admirals.
ahhh i see what you did there
This makes me very sad
Me too bro
These edits are fire.
Yoooo thanks!!
No accountability. I forgot they work for the government.
totally unsat
May you do one on Robert Burke scandal?
I believe I did
I was chaser for my unit. Why do officers get slap on hand and enlisted gets the freaking book!
Yeah i'm not sure, we should all be held equally accountable for breaking the law
I retired in 99, and I think the last time I was in Singapore was probably 96 or 97 so from what you reported, this stuff was most likely going on back then also.
oh guaranteed
I remember about this case from a long time ago somehow....but I prefer this editing 😂
Thank you! I’ll keep em coming!

@@kagan.dunlap love the content 👍
While I always appreciate Kagan's videos all this does is remind us how much the US government values officers over enlisted. None of those officers should kept a single benefit for their service and lost all of their retirements. The true deterrent is the punishment but no they officers and their "special".... go arrest enlisted for the same thing and see how differrent this story goes. I say make an example of them and minimum sentence of life at Leavenworth .
I think people should be held accountable for committing crimes regardless of who they are
How about that abject catastrophe that has been the US Constellation-class program, eh?
constellation class?
@@kagan.dunlap I don't remember whose video it was, but the Constellation-class frigate is waiting on a finished design yet had construction begin on the first set of hulls, is over budget, and apparently the Navy is breaking the law by not setting up a mock up of the command and engineering systems to squash issues before finalized production.
Or to more directly answer your question, the Constellation is the program to replace the failed Littoral Combat Ship, a peacetime boondoggle, with a conventional warship design in the same ballpark as the Arleigh Burke as the majority of the USN remains Cold War vintage with modernizations.
I thought the Navy's biggest scandal was being the gayest branch of the military lol
True
We Army floks know this.. to be true.
So where ten sibling brothers all vets. 3 are gay one is Marine one airforce 8 army. Both the Marine and Air Force have 10 combined children. Can u explain this one

If they had been Junior enlisted they would have got hammered how about the judge. Since they were admirals they got a finger wagging and a tisk tisk.

Dude. Friendly feedback. I hate the AI thumbnails.
Fair enough I’ll keep it in mind I’ve been trying to see what people think

Most Marines are just large manchildren. So maybe it's not directed at you. You seem to lack the humor necessary to subscribe a Marines channel. The whinybitchbranch is just down the hall to your left 😂
