Thanks to Matt, I’ve been immersed in French since 3/2020 using his ajatt approach and now with refold - which is far more organized yet still Carries many of the same principals. I also totally relate to the developing quickly in reading and then my ego got in the way when I struggled with listening. Impeccable advice for any LL!!! ❤ It’s been life changing. Thank you Matt 🎉❤
My listening to reading time ratio is like 20/1 or more in favor of listening and everytime I do any reading I feel like it almost instantly catches up to my listening

can you share some of your insights? am getting into french as well.
Life got pretty hectic for me, but looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. Thanks for continuing to put out great content. 👍 👍
brilliant ep -- thanks!
I'm doing the ken cannon approach and it's fun and engaging because I'm not into reading and only watched anime before starting japanese
It won't work. Ken is a pathological liar and obviously grew up around japanese.
@@based9930 lol doesn't matter as long as it's fun and I'm seeing results I'm fine
@@wamu5204 Yes, it does matter. You'll soon see.
@@wamu5204 Don't bother engaging with this guy he's troll

I’m the exact opposite because I only listen, watch, but never read. And the gap is too big now. I wonder what I should do
READ to bridge that gap.
You shouldn't worry about that, because children are in that exact state, and they don't worry about "oh i still can't read science reports"
Force read

i also have some questions for Matt about language learning
If you have to ask, then you’re not fluent? I feel fluent with Japanese and so that’s good enough for me. My Korean sucks ass.
