I liked how they shot this on location at an actual mansion. Place made the Carrington home sets look like junk. Miles in a speedo was a plus. Oddly enough three years before this his name was Michael Carrington in Grease 2
Miles loved Randall, who, it can be said, never really existed. She was a phantom. And when Fallon got her memory back, Miles felt cheated out of his destiny. He never really got over her, even through the Reunion.
Since in The Reunion a few years later, he was trying to get back with Fallon again...so apparently it didn't work out with Channing...abortion or not.
Stephanie Beacham is excuisite. Such shame, with all her talent, all the luck to be involved in such big series, she still didn't become a huge star. :( And right next to Joan, who became a success at 50. Must have been endlessly frustrating to Stephanie. Like she was within a hair's breadth away from winning it all.
Sable and Alexis were first cousins to each other. Alexis is Miles' second cousin making Fallon his third. I couldn't get over when this happened. Didn't the writers think any of this through? These characters were cousins that got married!
