    I have recently become the youngest ever supervisor in my hotel chain, I’m intimidated by it currently I’m good at my job but don’t feel like I’m taken seriously enough

    i have difficulties in giving briefing with my staff bc im younger than them. plus, i always dont know how to start my day as a supervisor. would you mind share the template? maybe its different from my working environment but i would like to see how i can improve myself. ive been working for more than 2 years in this position but the same mistake always happen.. tq

      You need to understand accounting. Set goals if you are sleeping. Enjoy the job without hateing anyone. Don’t date anyone at work or eats at your restaurant. Amazon 19.99 management and hospitality. Hit the gym no matter what. Find a nice girl. Keep studying. Prep food when giong into store. You should be their 1hour early. Just to walk thru restaurant and check supplies. Most of all have fun.

    If u sked. U sked.. other den dat. If there's opportunity you take it.. All bosses/supervisor manager.. started by having balls.. n chance em.. eh eh eh. Deh 2 went to discuss experience for da first time.. tbh I think it's easy.. So Ders 2 things up can do.. 1 give da commands to Someone or u is dat someone dat gotta take da command name follow orders.. I choose da first one.. n if no one. Wants dat position.. lucky me..lol
