I have set my Gb202 up and all is working except it records every 10 minutes which is not what I want, just want alarm notifications, mine is still hard wired to the router, if I am away from home can I still view the camera on my mobile network?
is your router connected to your mobile network? Any network that is attached to some accessible connection....cellular/ or an internet? Do you have security settings on these networks such as a firewall? It could be as easy as typing in the device's IP address and you are watching whattever that camera points at- mind you, so can joe shmo hackerreeno...
Very interesting... it is not often that we actually see the antennas have the ability to be changed where a SMA or equivalent attachment point is accessible....or even at alll...from opening up some of these outdoor or indoor cameras....especially those with two antennas....1 of them would be a dud....fake...if not both of them...added for.....looks...and only an small pcb antenna printed or soldered onto the main board- even so close to certain components that signal strength is affected by say a stepper motor's EMI/ EMF. Clearly here this is not the case(I hope).... If indeed this isn't just aesthetics.....one could possibly utilize a directional antenna to cover a larger range.... something like a yagi that is setup for the cameras frequencies that it utilizes..... I really like that.
You did not receive an answer so I will tell you this, I just purchased a Gembolt cam, it was not this model but it has similar features and the one I purchased is 4g so it takes a sim card for data. When mine arrived there was no sd card and it says in the manual that you need to purchase them separately, mine did come with the sim card, it was removed from the sim card holder and installed in the camera which I found strange. There is a compartment under the cam, you removed the cover and insert the sim card and the sd card. Unless it says in the manual or on the site, I would say they do not come with an sd card.
Don't get ripped off by Chinese sellers on eBay supplying the cheaper model listed with the specifications of the more expensive model. The less expensive 5 x optical zoom model is only 2.4 x optical zoom. I'm not sure about the 10 x optical zoom model as I have not received what I paid for yet. Zoom ratio is linear not the area of the image. Lies, lies, lies.

Hiw can I get this to record constantly? If i need to see an area prior to an alert for example?
Set Recording Schedule on for continuous all day recordings at set times. Set humanoid detection on and motion recordings will be highlighted in red.

Erm so what are you meant to do when you need to reset it?? Take it back off the outside wall and plug into the switch? Hardly...
Has a reset button on one of the short cables with a waterproof cap!

Looks like a video cable to connect to a traditional CCTV system with a dedicated hard disk drive.
Manual says to insert SD card before power up, I don't see my model GB202H referenced in manual. Is SD card factory installed?

I think it might be pre installed.
Why can't you buy it in Italy?
