    Great video as always, thank you once again... But I gotta say that if you want to succeed in any sport, be it fighting, bodybuilding or something else, you will definitely have to watch what you eat. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realised that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it on Dietarize iirc. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3300 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains, and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

      1 ) Allah made you from weak little disdained liquid from your (dad,mom) and that Turned into bones, continuesly pumping heart
      2 ) and creator created a clean body from that , and everything is in perfect place like , brain , tongue , heart , liver , and there size , ear , nose , mouth, two kidney and their size , your lungs ,your lungs size etc etc what a perfection , also this is the sign of creator Allah .
      3 ) Allah gives you a identity from that liquid drops , example
      -> your brain a complex part of body and made very small small nerves in it
      -> your face is different from whole world people, and give you eyes which sees and give you different fingerprint every finger have different fingerprint from your every finger and every finger have different fingerprint from whole world people fingerprints.
      4 ) suppose if GOD not gives you nose then when you eat food then you cant take breath , think how the perfection of our body is made by our creator ALLAH .
      5 ) SEE egg of hen it is dead but allah create and make in it leg ,eye , ear , heart etc and convert it in to a living creature , and that creature know how to eat , speak , drink , walk this is sign of that ALLAH the CREATOR of everything .
      6 ) ALLAH/GOD Made ant , how small it is and it have mind to think , small eyes to see who fit eye lens in it , and have more and more sense than humans , can identify easily where is the sweet and meat . ALLAH made more smaller things than ant , spider etc etc these are signs of Allah .
      7 ) think about hair cells , your hand hairs have limit of increasing , you eye hairs have limit of increasing , your head hairs have different limits so this shows that they are made up of same cells but controlling not by you and not by that cells but your creator Allah .
      8 ) we say speed light is fastest , ( after researching to a limit by scientists ) before research they were thinking about any other thing, may be Tomorrow they will think about any other thing.
      = > now we should think the creator ALLAH who made light and properties of every matter , how much ALLAH the creator is faster and powerful .

      if we worship Muhammad then we will be in Hell .
      = > Keep in mind that Muhammad cannot make a single fly,
      = > we should follow last messenger Muhammad and should obey him.

      is it a quality of God ? No
      = > why some people wants to kill Jesus and want to hang on neils ?
      because Jesus called people towards Allah/God the creator of everything . so the ruler of that time thinking that jesus will destroy our king rulings , bcz people wanted to follow of true path of the creator .
      = > Some people says JESUS DIE FOR OUR SINS
      This is totally wrong
      if someone rape your wife , sister , mother and murder your family .
      Then , will you say , he will be in heaven bcz Jesus died for his sins ?
      Jesus had ever say that "enjoy your life do whatever you want , kidnap a young girl and rape her and do robbery , do murder etc etc
      And I want to die for your sin then you will be in heaven , and hang me on Neil etc etc "

His Seat encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.. "

      The cable curls are extremely effective. You can also do them at home with resistance bands inserted on a door strap locked on a door’s lower hinges if you want.

    Reverse grip curls hits your brachialis harder than hammer curls, because it isolates it better, thus you also need to go lighter. If you really want to hit the brachialis, do one arm reverse grip cable curls, and when you reach the top of the movement, bend your arm outwards until you hit max movement, then you will really feel the side of your arm start burning. You won't hit it this way with hammercurls. And the brachialis is the main muscle to train to get that thick bicep look with a really nice peak.

      @@jamesshaw2706 you lift a barbell (or just a simple T bar works) like you're doing curls, but you go from low to halfway 7 times, then halfway to high position 7 times, then do the full range of motion 7 times. All of this is one set. It really gets your biceps burning!
      (I hope I described it well enough for you to picture what I'm saying lol)

    So I have been working out for a month and my knees began to hurt. After seeing your videos I began some of your methods and love it. But Id love to see a video about women who had c sections and want to get back into shape. Im 38. Two c sections and apple shape. Can I get rid of the lower muffin fat where the c section operation is?Also can I get an hour shape?

      You can most definitely get back into shape, however is important for you to see the big picture of all the factors involved that you need to manage:
      - Incorporate resistance training in your weekly exercise routine, at least 3 times a week. Resistance training means exercising where you overload your muscles like elastic or resistance bands, free weights or body weight training. Have a personal trainer to write down a full body weekly routine for you and stick to it. Many women are afraid to get “bulky” if they do weights, however women do not have the same hormones that we guys do. Resistance training will help you gain muscle mass which is important for long term weight loss.
      - Don’t concentrate on what the scale says but what the clothes tell you.
      - Have your diet in control BUT calculate yourself what your TDEE calories are. That means Total daily calorie expenditure, meaning the calories you have to eat to maintain your weight, depending of your age, sex, height, weight and other factors. If you eat over your TDEE you gain weight, if you eat below your TDEE you loss weight. The TDEE is different for everybody and you need to know yours. There are many TDEE calculators you can google up for free.
      - Fat loss is a process that encompasses the whole body, understand that there are not such things like “spot fat burning exercises”. Concentrate in a long term exercise and nutrition plan that will allow you to lose fat, build muscle.
      - Check your hormonal picture with your doctor, specially your T3 levels. This is a thyroid generated hormone that helps metabolize and use fat for energy. For many people the T3 is low, and this can be solved with a Zinc supplement.
      - Be disciplined about sleeping, and do your exercise routine at the time that best suits you. Also walk more.
      - Regarding the C-section fat, I have seen this issue in women before, with a fat pouch that is created below the scar. While exercising and dieting will help you lose a lot of fat also from there, it won’t take it all away. You may want to consider alternative treatments like liposculpture and J-plasma procedures to remove the scar and remove the remaining fat.

      A belt is used to add a second layer of abs and help strengthen your core. For those large compound movements that rely on a sturdy core (Squats, Deadlifts, etc.) a belt is advisable. For most isolation exercises, like the ones in this video, it is usually not necessary.

    Professional videos... One question I read, workout time should not exceed one hour due to cortisol hormon , but I see good progress for my body when I workout two hours (full body workout), please I need your advice

      The important factor you need to see here is not the duration of the workout itself but the volume you are putting into your muscles. Volume is calculated weekly and is referred as the amount of sets times the reps per exercise. So if you do 3 sets of 12 repetitions three times a week, that is a weekly volume of 9 sets of 12 reps. What you want to do is to ensure that your weekly volume is met, while not overdoing your daily volume. For example, doing 7 sets one day and 2 other day to meet the weekly volume of 9 sets is not a good idea because you are overtraining in one day and under training on the other. When you overtrain, there are too much cortisol and when you undertrain there anot not enough mechanical stress put into the muscles. So find the combination that works best for you. Ideally, Aim for 7-8 sets of total weekly volume.
      Regarding the duration of the workout, the rule of thumb is that you will do a better job with the exercises at the beginning of your workout (you are rested and fresh) than the ones toward the ends of your workout (when you are already tired). So make sure that regardless of the duration of the workout your sets have the best possible quality (perfect form, sets and reps) even if you have to decrease the duration of the workout and spread it out during more days a week.

      Definitely is important that you visit a physical therapist for strengthening and treating the muscles in your neck, also to work with your physical therapist to write a workout including only exercises that would be safe for your neck. Check all of this firsthand with your doctor and periodically to assess that things are moving in the right direction.

      Switch to bar curls and also chin ups. These will develop symmetrical strength for your arms, and back.

      Start training with Dumbbells or a functional trainer cable machine. Something that isolates the weights to each arm. With a Barbell both arms are sharing the weight, and it is possible for one side to take over and handle more of the load (thus get stronger). Start spending extra time training the chest muscle that needs the extra work in isolation from the other.

      I don’t want to scare you, but may also want to visit your doctor for a routine check. If you believe the chest muscle is disproportionally different than the other your doctor can check to discard things like gynecomastia, review your estrogen levels in the blood to make sure they are not high ( aromathase converts some of the testosterone your testicles generate into estrogen), and to discard things like lumps, or cancer. Better safe than sorry.

    I avoid "Preachet Curls" because my elbows tend to hurt afterwards. What am I doing wrong? 😕

      If your elbows hurt, most likely is because you are putting too much stress in your tendons. The way to solve this is: lower the weight you are using and review your form firsthand. When you are lowering the arms go slowly to protect your tendons (2 sec) and curl up in half of the time ( 1 sec). The tendons get sore for doing the same exercise over and over again, so you may want to switch it for some weeks to allow your tendons to recover. Ice compresses help a lot to decrease inflammation of the tendons.

    all bicep exercise is very true except he bicep curls at 08:31. Its a little excessive. that much weight , without the right form, is not necessary to get bigger biceps.

    All great exercises, but peak size is more or so determined by one's bicep insertion as opposed to just the workouts they do. I know people who are pro bodybuilders, but have less protruding peaks than me. Meanwhile, I had very prominent bicep peaks when I was a skinny 12 year old. I wasn't even lifting yet and they're just more prominent from the muscle gaining more size.

    I always knew that Preacher Curls target the short head. This is the first time i hear they target the long head, so i don't know about that.
