Step1: Dip hard hand feel silicone Clear layer 1 time
Hard hand feel silicone XG-60S 100G
Hard hand feel silicone catalyst XG-60S-ZB 10G
Dry by room temp about 40 minutes.
Step2:Dipping silicone Color layer 2 times
Dipping silicone XG-20S-1 100G
Silicone color pigment 5G
Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-KB-1 10G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 120-150G
To dip 2 times color dipping silicone ,Dry by room temp about 30 minutes.
Step3:After first dipping dry to cut ,then to dip the second time color dipping.For the second time color dipping need shack and remove the excess dipping ink
Step4:Dipping soft smooth matte silicone for top coating dipping
Soft smooth matte silicone to dip one time
Soft smooth matte XG-866M-6 100G
Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 150G-200G
New matte dipping silicone after finished better to cure by 80 degree for 30 minutes can get good fastness, if have no oven then wait for at least 1-2 days to make sure silicone ink 100% dry.
