Cheeesus Crust, Brother! I could watch you weld all day, just to see how you maneuver while juggling three different tools. Thank you for your time! All of your videos are so in-depth, that i just use them as a reference manual as I work through something, myself. Sincerely appreciate it!
Literally watched this like a dozen times…explained beyond anyone else with techniques shown you usually only learn with hands on experience with a seasoned veteran, like the hammer in the arm pit while I tack weld
What grinding wheel were you using on the electric 4" grinder? It looked like it may have had holes in it,. Im looking for a longer lasting disk that dosnt build as much heat in the panel.
Where can i buy a firewall like this? i am setting a blown 496 in my 65 C10 & i need to set the engine back an inch but i cant find a firewall that will work, can i buy one from Hammer Fab?
@@HammerFabOfficial I think he means urban dictionary #4 version of stupid (i.e. - That's a very perfect firewall.)....definitely not #1. #1 definition was "a person who looks up the definition of stupid" 🤣.
Is there a reason you didn't address the rust on the inside before you put on the firewall? Just curious... I'm planning on doing something like this to my 72.
This guy is good. He does it all the right way. Explains everything on point. Hell of a job on the firewall. Damn good welder too.
Why not just use a plasma cutter?

Cool video and nice job. Its cool to see the truck without the firewall.
Love how you show how you had to "finesse" the new firewall into place.
Awesome and motivating! Thanks Levi! Can't wait to see the next vid. I hope this becomes a series build for us to follow.
Very impressive. I learned several tips for the next time I do this again. Thank you for sharing your expertise and skill!
Wow! That is some of the best knowledge sharing I’ve ever seen. Thank you.

Looks good man. Keep it up
By chance while making that firewall did you prestretch where your bead rolls are?
Not a lot of videos on truck roof/gutter replacement. Any chance you are going to whack the lid on the 66 any time soon?

Why not just use a plasma cutter??
That cowl is gonna leak!
No it won’t. We resolved that too.
Needs more commercials, the 42 in the video was not nearly enough

That's stupid perfect firewall
It’s not nice to call other people’s work stupid. I bet it turns out better than yours. If you can have your opinion so can I.

Where can I get one of these firewalls?

If you’ll notice at 47:57 the inside of the cowl rust has been addressed w in the POR 15. I didn’t show that part because it’s boring.
Thanks for the information... great welds btw!
