Yet another "Chen's Working Day" Arknights animation from Shanghai police, this time it's once again about the prevention of internet fraud and phishing attempts. The episode specifically goes over an "anti-fraud app" and the presence of wire fraud via FaceApp and impersonation. I still don't know why the police is doing this, but it's working extremely well.
The Chen's Working Day series is essentially just a glorified public service announcement about what not to do in various situations. There is a comic series as well that is published on Weibo (I think TwilledWave made a few translations of those on Twitter). You can check them out on their Weibo account m.weibo.cn/u/7... you can generally get the gist of the comments using a machine translator.

Regarding the "Anti-Fraud App" that was mentioned in the video, the app they used is probably the "National Anti-Fraud Center" software by the Chinese Ministry of Public Security. The real-life app is also for preventing telecommunications fraud and overall network security. I have never used this app so I don't know how effective it is.
Note: At 0:19, there was on-screen text on Mayer's phone that was not translated. This was because there was no room for the translation, adding one would conflict with the original Chinese text and disrupt the viewing experience of the Chinese viewers.
