I'm a huge fan of both, but i always 'hate' when ppl start to describe unprocessed using polyphia, imo they r quite different even tho their music r all progressive but in different directions

Manuel uses the same guitar tone Tim Henson does in the song Chimera for a portion of this song. I’m guessing it’s from Neural DSP, also twerk.

I do "twerk" to Unprocessed. I did enjoy their "chiller" stuff, but I was really a fan of their earlier work. So, lets just say that this is the best of both worlds and I'm freakin hyped to listen to the whole album on december.

Sounds like Polyphia mixed with Nothing More, mixed with Meshuggah. Just found these guys yesterday from your top picks for September post, already bought Gold and some of the older songs, looking forward to this record. That solo is killer.

Polyphia has always been metal, they just experiment with other styles. Manuel has a very unique style...I hear it and can instantly separate it from other guitarists. Both very incredible bands.

nah, poylphia's first ep came out in 2013 while unprocessed first album came out in 2014. but kind of the same time

That's your opinion and you're entitled to that but I heavily disagree about hiring a singer and frankly, it's kinda rude to even phrase it that way.
Especially since Manny has gotten SO much better across the board as a vocalist. It wouldn't sound the same without him at this point.
