The thing is, I don't think they (the Poly AI devs) control who sees their ads. That would be Google, as most advertisement served on the internet comes from Google Adsense, and they serve ads based on collected data from users.
They created their advertisements in the form for shorts (plus you can’t just have your ad magically appear somewhere you didn’t know about) On top of that ads with sexual theming are still against google TOS, so the ads shouldn’t be up anyways
There’s a UA-cam policy that members have to be 13+ to use it, or otherwise parent’s permission to make an account above their actual age to use it. Parents need to look at what their kids are watching on UA-cam.
My brother has gotten in trouble countless times for stuff he’s come across on UA-cam and he’s only 9. I also accessed UA-cam as a child but I was mainly watching animation memes and cookieswirlc and a bunch of other weird videos

It's not the fault of companies if an underaged child sees the ad, it's also not their fault if someone that lies about their age sees it. Yt uses targeted ads. If your google account is 18 or older then you will get adult ads.
