  • Ray Dalio is the founder, co-Chief Investment Officer and co-Chairman of Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund.
Ray started Bridgewater in 1975 out of a two bedroom apartment in New York City and has been a global macro investor for more than 45 years.
Ray’s industry-changing approach to investing, which includes the invention of risk parity, currency overlay, portable alpha and global inflation indexed bond management prompted Chief Investment Officer magazine to write an article entitled “Is Ray Dalio the Steve Jobs of Investing?,” which compared his industry-changing inventions to those of the Apple founder.
Time Magazine in 2012 to named Ray Dalio “One of the 100 Most Influential People in the World”.

This is so true.. Looking at the comments I can see some don't understand Meditation. Meditation is not Manifestation its about CLARITY and calmness. Life situations and setbacks even your own negative thoughts can often cloud your judgement and decision making. You get into a loophole over a negative thoughts, thoughts alone can consume your energy which can makes you easily distracted from your goals or desponded and discouraged to do the daily/weekly tasks you've pre-identified to get to your goal. Meditation is just another tool to keep one focused... Hope that clarify things💁🏽‍♀️

*MEDITATION - MUCH BETTER THAN 'RECREATIONAL INTOXICATION*
It's heartbreaking about the legalization of "recreational intoxication" with meditation freely available and a much better alternative.
    - all drugs have side effects, usually bad side effects
    - the only side effects of meditation are good effects
If you think about it, needing to pursue getting intoxicated with weed or booze or etc in order to get your 'recreation' is pretty sick-minded. Even if you don't like meditation, going out doors and jogging or bicycling or a pick-up game of soccer or basketball or hiking or....etc. also has good physical benefits over 'recreational intoxication'
Kudos to Ray Dalio for openly sharing meditation as a wonderful, calming exercise and hobby.

Thanks for your video, highly appreciated. Compliments of the Season. BTC price is in a precarious location, the asset set a new all-time high just days ago but is currently below the record and starting to decline. analysts suggest that the latest rally above $32.000 could have been triggered by aggressive buying from institution investors on coin base, as suggested by the large premium of about $350 compared to the price in binance....The shifting momentum is now presenting in technical indicators supplying bearish movement, adding to the double top narrative that’s been building since failing to break $30,000.?? This being taken into note, it can’t be more obvious that trading Bitcoin is way more profitable than just holding and waiting for the price of Bitcoin to skyrocket. I didn’t think it was possible to make constant win from trading till I came across Carlos Andrewfx program for investors/newbies who lack understanding on how trading Bitcoin works, to help them recover loss from the crash and also stack up more bitcoin, he provided me with %100 signal and with his strategy i was able to increase my portfolio from $4000 to $42,000 in just a week, I was convinced to say his an expert, with Andrew help. TM is meant to bring about "enlightenment," which is simply what emerges as the normal mind-wandering rest becomes more and more TM-like as the years of practice go by. Creative people become more creative. Violent people become less violent and then they become more creative. Dalio started where he started from and became a billionaire, but it is a truism of TM teachers that the most dramatic results from TM practice are found in those who are living with the most stress in their lives, like people with PTSD, or people living in 3rd world prisons.
Consider these book excerpts that describe what happened in the prisons of Senegal when almost 100% of all wardens, guards and prisoners learned TM over a period of a month or so (spoiler alert: the wardens were so overwhelmed that they signed the paper copied in that link, whereupon the Mullahs of Senegal declared that TM was anti-Islam and stopped the project completely):
      www.quora.com/Have-there-been-any-examples-of-people-who-have-achieved-Enlightenment-a-permanent-state-of-inner-peace-in-our-times-If-yes-then-how-did-they-achieve-it-and-what-was-their-experience-like/answer/Lawson-English-1
How can something be "impractical" if it lowers the recidivism rate in prisons nationwide by 90%?
It certainly upset the religious leaders of the country, but that's another thing entirely.

You can easily get to him on Instagram (@carlos_andrewfx or WhatsApp+19715122836.

Everyone reacts differently to different things. Just because he experienced those things from meditation, doesn’t mean everyone else will experience the exact same thing.

      You're correct.
They may experience MUCH, MUCH, MUCH MORE.
(I met Mr. Dalio leaned over to him, put my hand gently on his sweatered arm and told him something in low tones that made him sit back and say, "Really!!!"
It was about himself and he loved it. And his bodyguards took notice.
