Nurgle is hands down the best overall mark because it gives you insane value into every matchup! Tzeentch gives you a lot of value in a handful of matchups, but the value drops off against a lot of matchups where Nurgle is consistently good in almost every matchup. As long as you lean heavy Nurgle or heavy Tzeentch on your roster, you'll be in a good place, though. You see durable a lot less than you used to these days, just depends. In general, you absolutely take the fist into Ints, no question. worst case scenario, you kill them in three regular hits. No reason to take power weapon into Ints! Takes 4 regular hits or 3 crits with a PW to kill an int, not worth it into them.

Mutagenic flesh only works against shooting attacks chainswords and other melee weapons still rip hunks of rancid meat out.
Mutagenic flesh is 'attack dice' in core rules attack dice are shooting and fighting - so it works for shooting and melee
