You can use any shotgun tbh, as long you can apply Opportunistic to enemies. Usually i'm more focused on applying ensnare status effect so teammates can spread it out when they kill the enemy. I have also tried using shotgun to apply opportunistic buff then switch to Named M4 Pyromaniac to apply burn to them.
I also tried using the new LMG Exotic called the Iron Lung, pretty much burn lots of enemies and managed to spread it out the burn statuses, really fun to play with. In conclusion, applying opportunistic works better with Scorpio since the 7th shot from scorpio also give your teammates that extra 20% bonus damage + 10%-15% damage from opportunistic. Works great to any tanky/named/hunter target. This build great on Legendary run too.
Yes you can, but Hunter pretty much evaded it most of the shot. You can also switch the Banshee skill with sticky fire skill to apply burn to enemies. Work with hunter since the shot was fast enough that they can barely evade it when you double tap the skill after you aiming with your main weapon. I occasionally run that setup; sticky fire and riot foam chem launcher with Survivalist specialization (for extra status effect dmg).

countdown is simple. use pfe scorpio for the 4 hunters phase. the rest use full striker.
Another question, what if you don't have Scorpio? Do you have another suggestion? That is the reason for me doing countdown.

doesn't the eclipse backpack 30% Amp dmg from all sources also count for your teammates?
It only applies to burning enemies. This guy here doesnt seem to be using fire!
