You'll need to double check the serial number, but that might be a Automobile Snow White color PS2 SCPH-30000, which are like a grand. There were a limited number of PS2 consoles painted with automotive paint and that looks like it may be one of them

My mum and stepdad used to have a red FTO when I was younger. It was the V6 with Mivec and it went pretty well at the time. 197bhp wasn't bad back then. Always had a soft spot for them.
It's cool what you can do with addressable LEDs today but there is something about the neon glow you just can't beat.

This is so much better than dull modern stance cars... This was decades ago, i don't see nothing ridiculous, it's time for 00s car culture to become a classic.. It was the coolest and a peak time for car culture around the world

I used to be into that car scene years ago and often dreamed of owning a vehicle like that. What presumably went on in the dvds was all acceptable back in the day during the Max Power and Men & Motors era.

The MIVEC FTOs are great , the rest aren't really worth saving, except for the shells maybe. With a decent differential they go real real good. The rear chassis rails are notorious in this era Mitsubishi, that's why I had my Cyborgs under carriage sand blasted, repainted and under sealed.
I would guess the box in the kick panel that the green wire was going to was the immobiliser and one of the keyfob buttons triggers the flames.
Geez, someone has been a diehard Fast and the furious fan and watched every episode of Pimp my ride religiously.
Really looking forward to seeing more of this awesome time machine ! I really like the max power era, since it expressed the freedom to do whatever you want/can with your car. Even if not all of those cars were looking good or to be taken serious ... all of them were the opposite of boring or standard and they still bring people together.
The whole crew should do a car-themed reality show. People would LOVE it.
Take it to a show. Let 2 people race each other on GT4 in FTOs. Winner gets a DVD. Looser gets 2.

I have looked at them at auctions but the inside driving position is too cramped for me as a 6 footer. The old Nissan 300Z was similar in that regard.

Man, FTO’s are the bomb!! They looked great, sounded great, handled great… just didn’t perform great! If these came awd and had an evo 2.0T engine they would’ve been amazing! Also, these were so damn expensive to insure… it was cheaper to insure for me with a clean record than a TT supra auto that I ended up getting. Parts for the FTO were hard to come by. Do this car justice, try something wild if you can. Subbed for this beauty!

I had the same Falcon Predator Evo4 pager alarm fitted to my Mk1 MR2, remote locking, boot pop, start and the pager would buzz if the alarm went off with a range of upto 1km.

ooooofffttt if you lads have never driven an FTO GPX manual ya missing out, revs to nearly 9k rpm 2.0l v6 (MIVEC, mitsubishi vtec) had a mirage with one engine swapped in! best sounding v6 by far, was a blast in a 900kg car
