Paper shuffling and writing with a pencil are some of my favorite sounds, and the subject matter (tax preparation) is good too. Before I really knew much about ASMR or the ASMR community and I was looking for videos to help me fall asleep, one of my criteria was that I was looking for things that were really boring, dull, mundane. The classic towel folding, ironing. Tax preparation fits right in. Yes, it's so dull that it puts you to sleep, but also the ordinariness of it, and unhurriedness, is reassuring.
