Hi Gemma! Just wanted to say how very glad I am that I found this channel a couple of weeks ago. I have always loved baking and cooking, but living at home after university I've not really had much room to try things out and experiment as much as I normally would. However, I'm about to move into my own place for the first time, and I've been watching something on your channel nearly every day and getting so excited about all the things I'm going to make and bring in to my work colleagues once my own kitchen is set up. I would actually fill in half of the filling, put the mold on the side, let it freeze for about an hour, then add the other flavor and put the mold on the side again, for popsicles that use more than one flavor, That way you will have both favors with every bite

I made both the strawberry mango since they're vegan! the only thing is that if you can, don't buy the mangoes & strawberries frozen. they won't purée as easily as fresh. other than that they're so delicious & thank you for sharing!

Another idea is a chunky money popsicle.
Blend frozen banana
Mix in mini chocolate chips and crushed walnuts
Freeze in molds.
Remove Popsicles and dip the in melted chocolate (not too hot)
Lay o parchment and freeze until the chocolate shell has set

OMG its amazing but I had no regular lemonade so I just used strawberry lemonade and its just so good I had no popcicle molds so I just used a cup and it was just as good!! 😊😊😘😘 love your vids Gemma Stafford

Your Chocolate one is fab! I made them already. I don't have dark chocolate nor milk chocolate so I added more chocolate powder, it actually worked well!

yup definitely beats corn syrups and added sugar much healthier. And the creativity is on the level of making smoothies or different flavored frozen yogurts as you done in the passed.

I have also found that the fudgesicles work with a mix of silk chocolate soy milk and coconut milk I think they are delicious! I was born and raised in Maine and wild Maine Blueberries fresh or frozen of the only blueberries that will puree into the most gorgeous color blue Ish purple that you have ever seen!
