As a Coach, player and Sports Physio in the UK, these are the best video I've ever seen breaking down volleyball biomechanics. Thank you for all your hard work!!!
This is literally the most beautiful informative video ive ever seen in UA-cam, youre my life saver. Me and my friend are gonna try to implement this into our spike, man i really cant thank you enough for all those information youre giving us❤
Thank you, can't even imagine how much work goes into your videos. All the video cuts and pictures make the topics you explain rather intertaining and informative as well!
I am glad to hear you say so! I used to enjoy drawing illustrations, and that hobby has come in handy. I hope to post my next video within a month, so please come back and watch it.
Thanks for the amazing video...was definitely worth the wait and thanks for the subtitles..... waiting for the second part.....after that can you please do video on how to set a ball and how to aim your set.....thanks again
I'm glad I wasn't told, "I was waiting for you, but I was disappointed." I have been receiving requests for other sports for some time, so I plan to explain golf, tennis, track and field, and so on. I'm sorry that I can't make the video you want right away, but I'll put the set method on the "list to explain"!

Even if you stop pressing with your left hand, practice so that your right shoulder remains behind you. In this way, try to practice rotating your chest first after your hips. And once you can do this movement, Practice rotating your hips, then your chest, and finally your right arm. Also, try being conscious of pulling your right shoulder back as you rotate your hips while shifting your weight to your left foot.

It is true that this movement is difficult if you are not used to it, and many athletes are unable to do it at first.
There are several ways to practice, but I will introduce one.
Right foot behind, left foot in front,
Bend your right elbow and raise your right hand.
Then, use your left hand to press your right chest and right shoulder.
From this position, practice rotating your hips while shifting your weight to your left foot.
Then, as you rotate your hips, use your left hand to hold your right shoulder so that it does not come forward.
Repeat the practice of rotating your hips while being careful not to let your right shoulder move forward, and once you get used to it, stop pressing your right shoulder with your left hand. Even if you stop pressing with your left hand, practice so that your right shoulder remains behind you.
In this way, try to practice rotating your chest first after your hips.
And once you can do this movement,
Practice rotating your hips, then your chest, and finally your right arm.
Also, try being conscious of pulling your right shoulder back as you rotate your hips while shifting your weight to your left foot.
I don't think it will be easy, but please try your best and try various things.
