14 billion waste, 15 billion foreign aid. 2 billion Illegal migration, 44 billion HS2. 100 million to the French. Lets keep all them and raise taxes for the workers.

Not true really, dig around a bit & you'll find some of that money does find it's way back to those that are doing the wasting. It's a way of laundering, cash for favours & all that sort of thing. Look at the share holders lists & owners etc. of where that money is wasted ! [Serco & that fat rich twat who is Churchill's grandson Soames - Hancock & his dodgy dealings are examples.]
I would say that around 80% of govt spending is totally wasted.

Anyone proven "not to have worked" on furlough or WFH over the last 2 years "and paid by the government" should be forced to pay back a nominal lump sum back to the tax man, because they have rightfully NOT earned it. I'm sure that would help bring the deficit down.

With the goverments continual wastage of money has a huge impact on pensioners.we are the lowest paid in europe.for years l have been making ends meet,because l have a small work pension and saved all my life , ldont qualify for pension credit, therefore lhave topped up my pension with my savings to have a decent life. I don't oke, drink or run a car, but l like good food and a holiday.last year this goverment suspended the triple lock as it would be too expensive ,ihad to dip into my savings to just survive with prices rising,with the result l have hardly any left. All because of this goverment. They need to be held accountable for their actions. They don't give a toss as they are all multi millionaires no problem to the

with you on many points but terribly flawed analysis on privatisation. both Spain and the UK have a national Health Service which is really important and you can stlll go private. Spain also has a transport system which is bizarrely effective and affordable and the UK has nothing comparable. The privatisation of the railways has led to insane prices for train travel. Now if those companies were properly regulated to avoid monopolies and maintain healthy competition then maybe, however I can't stress just how important having a taxpayer health service is, nor how obvious it is when you just look at America where people can't afford insulin in the world's number one economy, it's patently disgusting.
National health service is a great idea. It's just finding a govt who doesn't use it as its own intentional money pit to squander taxes into their friends pockets.
