Locking system for SHORTRON base-plate mounting

The innovative locking system consists of a special retaining ring which is fixed under the contact block and locked onto the PCB.
The accompanying pushbuttons and switches are easily plugged onto the contact block and fixed with the twist lock.
Stud bolts for fixing are no longer needed.
