Hello Prof Webster, the beginning of the winter can be quite difficult. Rest is very important. Make sure that your electrolytes and minerals are properly balanced. ( I know you know ).
I also built an Ikea's ALEX and got it all updside down!!! it's not that you are tired it's the insturctions that are no up to the regular ikeas level, clearness and simplicity... there are two ways to build the cabinet and it's confusing.... so, at least in this case - it's not your tiredness and fault :D :D
This time of year is with less sunlight and cold damp days, is the time of year to hibernate imo. Obviously in your profession your brain is always switched on - it has to be. So getting your 8 hrs sleep and vitamins is important and IKEA is not relaxing 😂 🖤 I also rest my brain with immersive video games but it’s more of a mental detox 😊
Your are very young, truly. But your body is not as flexible as it should be. Do daily or every other day morning stretches plus your favorite training even using the time spent here, it will then soon be amazingly fine. - just repeat what you already know.
