      Ikr, I asked my teacher why it seems like the way the teach seems more complex but he mentioned how in math we're suppose to become problem solvers ourselves and figure out problems on our own

    You see this is what I hate. I try to prepare by watching these videos, and it is easy when I watch the video. Although, once it's time for a test I get tested on the same concept, but with much more complex questions. Sucks -.-. Am I the only one?

      You aren't the only one mate but you cannot blame anyone on not being able to do the math problems in exams these videos show you the concept of how to do the problems so if you get the concept then you can do any sum.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was literally failing algebra and you saved me. I wish there was some way to show my appreciation for that. I have cried my eyes out so many times because of not understanding algebra AT ALL.

    It's crazy to think I was 7 months old when this was uploaded, and now I'm watching it 17 years later. :) Khan academy has taught me everything I know about math, and it's cool to see khan's been doing such amazing work since before I was even born!

    Khan Academy has essentially replaced my Math class. I can talk/do other homework in Algebra II and get A's on all the tests. Man, Mr. Khan needs some type of higher recognition. I don't think people realize how much this guy is contributing. THANK YOU KHAN ACADEMY

    All he did was skip the step where he took 16 out of the sqr root, probably because he thought most people would realize that.

    Khan... I'm tutoring someone in radicals right now and the easiest way for me to explain perfect squares was to show her that if you completely factor a number, any factor that repeats will create a perfect square, and the product of all of the repeated factors is the largest perfect square in the number. A simple trick, but effective.

    The reason he's good at teaching is because he explains the rules and terminology as he writes them down unlike professors who have to teach what they can in an hour or 2 hours.
