My grandfather ate only carbs but they about protein and doesn't ate much vegetable but also he lived for 90yrs always use to curd rice at last food but he was having only knee pain he got diabetes at80 yrs 🤔
check at his food cohices - ok it was carbs - but one more thing if u see - there were no processed food that helped him stay safe relatively much longer than todays generation

@@Sv-ry9lj my father and his sibling died early due to diabetes but my grandfather and grandmother stay healthy till 80 and diabetic after 80 no so much health issues for them in our 40 we are having so much health issues joints pain
@@ashaashu117 Back in the days, my grandfather was 8th among the 10 kids out of which 3 of them died young early due to illness. What I can say is that modern medicines have made some weaker genes to live longer but our grand parents are the best among the lot plus the amount of work they had to do was massive, 10,000 steps in my childhood was my everyday school journey, and imagine our grandparents they would have done even more and highly active therefore the carbs were useful for them unlike us very sedentary, highly processed foods, mobile phone addiction, sleep issues, pollution and adulterated foods therefore we have to take care of our diet more and prevent carbs.
start working on dumbbell only workout for next 12-24 weeks for your chest where you can do unilateral exercises on cross over or machine flys along so that each side gets individual work - u will see the balance improving

stretching is overrated.. if you have stiffness get it stretched post workout or else dynamic movement and warm ups are most crucial before starting workout
