I remember that. I also remember taken you out it that spot on Lake travis to hunt arrowheads and fish… I found all the cool rocks and spear heads that day and you caught that same bass a second time 30 seconds after releasing it back in the lake 🤣🤣🤣. Next time I’m back in Texas we must meet up. For some fishing and hunting.

@@RockHoundingAdventures we do have one and have taken it out fluorite hunting, but never thought of it for fossils. Gotta try that now.

Wow! Those death plates are really cool! I know there are areas of Texas, that have some really cool marine fossils! And those shell fossils look pretty well agatized, or is it that they have managed to retain their nacre? Either way they are really cool! I love fossils so it definitely peeked my interest! Thanks Kurt, for sharing your awesome finds!

Some of them definitely look agatized. Next time I’m in that area there is a place in Round Rock I may be able to find some massive ammonites like 10” in diameter. Thanks for always watching and commenting 😊
