This is how a lot of games do development, they implement features which players want, which end up being already made in spt because players aren't just gonna wait for bsg.
That wouldn't be an issue with the first introduction of plates and carriers. Having meaningful armor gaps meant lower tier ammo was still very viable and even preferable in some cases. With the current system it's just like it used to be but now you can "fix" your gear in raid by swapping plates. Kinda lame.
Ah yes. Open play style. Me myself also enjoys the open style of playing Escape From Tarkov. I have no worries about Karma since my Play style is of the Open kind.

Commenting without having watched the video, but... all of the bipods in the game right now are built to mount in specific parts of the gun, and there aren't "universal" ones that mount to a picatinny rail. The Harris bipod should be able to mount to the Remington 700, but the front of the stock has a rail segment instead of a sling mount, which is how those traditionally mounted.

Didn't try with a m700 that has a peasant factory stock but a linked item search for harris pops up only that mosin russian crap as if I would ever use that. Even the modern stock sv-98 has none. Just dumb AF but whatever.
Something that I have never nor will ever understand is WHY put in audio sfx while moving that sound like other player movement sound cues??? It now sounds like someone jumping when I move along with ADS sfx and prone sfx. That’s just a reeeeeally stupid implementation that I cannot fathom.
They are just taking ideas from the mod community. I have played the "traveller" mod for SPT and it is awesome. Karma seems like an interesting addition to live, though.
alot of cool ass changes/additions in the update won't lie. But honestly I think I'll just wait til this game enters 1.0 until I return again, next time I play I want the ultimate finished product

I like what Korea did where they need to put in their Korean SSN to make an account for league of legends in Korea servers. I feel like that would definitely press the cheaters.
All bling and whistles as always. All for a sake of social media hype. Audio changes sound (lol) good on paper - how it works is another story. Everything else is nothing but nice addition, that’s it. Even new guns have no gameplay meaning… guess why. BSG keeps ignoring fundamental gameplay issues and haven’t even touched any of it in the patch what makes the patch quite waste effort if they aim for 1.0 asap. These issues are fixed in spt realism and sain mods almost entirely. I better stick with spt so far.
@@somedude1887nah the formula just isn't bad, and these QoL changes make the game fresh and open up new gameplay styles (like sniping being more viable with true VZ scopes and bipods, tripwires making area domination easier, etc.). Being dissatisfied with the fixes is an agreeable position. There are still issues with sound, and there are still issues with AI, and there are still issues with servers saying FU to anyone with a suboptimal connection. But the fact they've addressed 2 out of those 3 issues in semi-meaningful ways is a positive no matter how you spin it; a good game improving negligibly is still a good game. The only way you don't like this patch is if you just don't like the game.
