Using soundcard in this setup, i get desync in audio and video . Audio is slightly ahead of video. Adjusting on obs also doesnt correct it fully. Do you have any suggestion to correct this?

Is it important to use a audio splitter for laptop audio jack? Can't I use directly the single audio jack of the laptop? I'm not getting any good audio splitter in less price that's why I'm asking. Whatever is available have less ratings.

That being said, I've got a few questions for you.
1) Which CPU and GPU combinations are best to avoid bottleneck issue, could you please give some examples?
2) My budget is around $1500 (+- $100), do you think I can get i7 10th gen or ryzen 7 4000 or 5000 series in that budget ? and if so, which GPU should I go for in that case, in order to avoid bottleneck issue?
3) Last thing, could you please suggest me which brand' laptop (especially in HP OMEN 17'' models) would be best (overall like including temp & refreshing rate issues) with these specs?

Number 1 option have some technical problem for me I am using s23 ultra for streaming when I connect HDMI cable and three audio output pin to my mobile it's open Dex app.
Then only three pin audio is working. When we exit Dex option all audio going from HDMI only not coming from 3 pin audio splitter
