What is Golgi apparatus?
Golgi apparatus, also known as the Golgi complex is an organelle present in eukaryotic cells only. It is a complex structure made up of cisternae and its associated secretory vesicles. It resides in the cytoplasm near the endoplasmic reticulum and nucleus to easily perform its function.
