I've noticed that you tend to dye all parts of your glams a single color. You might have fun adding accent dyes or playing with different values of the same color. It could give your looks some depth
I was going to mention the same thing! Monochromatic is kinda hard to pull off without looking like a Power ranger or a Teletubbie. Plus even if FFXIV has limited dye options, you can def make way more interesting glams with some basic color theory fundamentals
We also obviously need a Bob Ross glamour for this class.
That seems like te obv glam xD I'm wondering how many Bob Ross glam versions there will be. That was my plan xD

The one Fran did with the Street wear SUPER makes me think of like a modern graffiti artist. Super good! I also love the fifth one, and agree dual dye channels will be WONDERFUL for them. Imagine doing the pink and then turn the black parts into white? It'll look SO cute.
Before I learned of the LB3 I was planning on
-Felt beret
-Felicitous Tunic and Gloves
-Spriggan Bottoms and Boots
For a more job match idea.
But When I saw that Spriggan boy I knew I had to swap back to my default outfit
-Varsity Flat Cap
-Spriggan Jacket
-isle vacationer wrist Torques
-Songbird Skirt
-Oracle leggings
I'm going for like "rich art baron" with my Picto glam
Anamnesis Hat, Adept's Gown, Warwolf Gloves, Boulevardier's Ruffled Pantaloons, Fairy Tale Prince Boots
I have my Andy Warhol cosplay ready. with the Calfskin Rider's Jacket and Classic Spectacles
My Picto glam uses the following:
- Flat Cap (Woad Blue)
- Ivalician Arithmetician's Robe
- Wake Doctor's Rubber Gloves (Kobold Brown)
- Isle Farmhand's Widebottoms (Woad Blue)
- Tonberry Boots (Kobold Brown)
The signifier items are fantastic for picto haha. I haven't decided on my whole outfit but the pants are a must for sure. Another item I've considered building a an outfit around is the fuga top (cash shop ofc).

A friend of mine is going to try to glam as Leonardo da Vinci using the casting dwarf helm
I don't know about any of these to be honest. The Manor Beret from Hakake Manor (or however it's spelled) looks like that small blue one, and you can get that in game. I matched that with Radahn's company jacket in dark blue.
That show stopper had me, 😮😳
a glam idea i came up with is like a cosy painter (on a LALA)
-Varsity Flat cap (orthard blue)
-Fat Cat Loungewear (sky blue)
-Magitek Bottoms (orthard blue)
-Wake Doctors shoes (sky Blue)
My pictomancer glam is a mix of things to try and give it more of a street graffiti artist vibe. This is the fit in case it helps others come up with some variations/ideas.

I'm using the star velvet set chest/arms/legs undyded, pagos bandana dyed some shade of purple, and bloodhempen sandals red. Combien with the rose-colored glasses fashion accessory and she looks like a stoner art college student
i have a good amount of glamour plates dedicated to both casting and scouting alike, picto and viper made me very excited

I managed to cobble together a mockery of the clothes worn by Adeline, the girl in the Kirby series who is a painter. (Anyone play Kirby 64 or Kirby Dreamland 3? That's Adeline in the boss fight. ^_^)
Nice glams but rather basic for a job about colour especially when the dying system is being upgraded. I swear I've seen different iterations of some of these using these popular tops that are becoming overused.
Although this job isn’t in my taste or interest, I think you did a very good job on the glamours.

I’m using on my male miqote currently:
Seigneur’s Beret - Dalamud red
Isle explorer’s shirt - pure white
Woodland warden’s figerstalls - russet brown
Isle shepherd’s bottoms - dada mud red
Gyuki leather patterns - russet brown
I'm probably just going to stick with the artifact gear, I think it looks awesome for picto
Maintaining the job fantasy in glamours is fine but I like it when people bend the rules a bit. Like some Dragoons go for that dragon slayer look, others might go more knight based or miltary, some White Mages go the classic pure do gooder healer look, others go evil. I'm sure we're gonna see some silly Picto glams like Bob Ross outfits but also see some amazing glamours that fit the bill for Artist, wearing berets and such.
I’m using the salon servers hat, gentlebean parka, streetwear gloves, bohemian trousers and gentlebean shoes
Im taking felicitous gear. If I'm taking krile's class on dawntrail, then im making a better version of her outfit too 😅.
we getting more glam plates? because if not, my picto class is just going to be my generic caster set... if we DO get more plates, im going for a Relm and moogle inspired look. also, i wouldn't go with solid colors, definitely needs some accents and flairs! gotta go over the top garish as all hell! either that, or 100% bob rossing it. i havent decided yet. more than likely, it'll be the same set all my other casters use.

Im trying to see somehting 'adorable' for my moogle fananic lala girl if you got any fun white robe, wild color splatter ideas :P
well some of the healer job robes are really nice and if they are in dual dye they could be a very good option, and for caster the makai casting robe is quite nice dyes pretty good, and again if its got dual dye could be even better :D

I'd rate the top 3 glams in this order. Glam 3, Glam 4, Glam 1 (I do not like the moogle boots but I like the glam as a whole otherwise). I cannot understate how much I loved Glam 3 and will/would work WONDERFUL with the dual dyes if they all get the dual dye option

I'm definitely going to use a couple of these or a mix of them!!! Really love the sexy Cowgirl look! I already made a cowgirl MCH glam before, but Pictomancer as Sexy cowgirl may be really cool! But for me, glams HAVE TO fit with the class or else it doesn't jive with me fairly well.

Weren't you the guy that had all the FFXIV 1.0 videos back in the day? if so, then I used to watch all of them and wanted to go back and rewatch them but can't find any of them
If at least half the male pictomancers aren't Bob Ross glams I'm going to be disappointed.
