Head Master Roku is an old man, in need of being defeated via the powers of Tacobell! If you wanna take out an old man with the Tacobell Strat, here's what you need.
(2) or (3) Perish.
(3) Noxious Gas.
(1) or (2) Conjures.
(2) Soul Blasts.
(4) Blessed Runes.
(2) Flame Transfers.
(4) Extinguishes.
(2) Shadow Trades (or other bit gains).
(1) Core Infliction.
(1) or (3) Masquerades.
(4) Pollutes.
(1) or (2) Purges.
(1) Horn Of The Unicorn.
And then the rest of it is very very optional with what you wanna put in it. You can even knock a few things off the list, above. You can also substitute some things in the deck. I've never tried doing it with only 3 players using it. It could be possible, but I'm not fully sure.
Also, I could be Vietnamese, or I could be African American, or I could be British. Nobody will never figure it out, though. (I like to keep mysteries, while leaving little breadcrumbs that hint to the answers of some questions asked, but they may be very tricky to spot).
