Hi World Numismatic News. Looks like the 1971s penny in my proof set does appear to have the detail of the bow tie as described in the end of your video. Need to put it under a high mag optical microscopy for further inspection. Thanks for putting the great info together and have wonderful evening.
Just keep in mind that the re-engraved bow tie(ODV-028) in and of itself is not valuable but paired with the doubling it certainly is.

I have a 1971 penny, brown in color, with no mint mark, that has the # 1 missing in the number 19 and the 't' is partially missing and the y is smudged in the word liberty, do you think it would be worth any thing?
Could you do an episode on the 1943 steel pennies? One that focuses on varieties and errors versus the off metal planchets?

I found an incased 1971 no mint double edge on the low part and so thin it isnt there on top i dont know what its called should i take it out its been in there since 1971 from the bank as a souvenir farmers and merchant bank

I have a 1971 D Lincoln cent that appears to be doubling on both obverse & reverse or what really looks like is that it was minted over another coin. If you look closely at the area of Lincoln's coat upside down there are numbers & an 8 is clearly visible... Do you know of any other being mentioned??
Nothing jumps to mind but that could be an error coin.

Hard to tell if there is doubling on your proof sets, so having said this would you know if people who buy proof sets take them apart, look at them then send them in to get graded? Just curious Thank you!

How much penny 1996 old
Absolutely.....that's what mostly happened and why 60's and 70's mint and proof sets are getting harder and harder to find that weren't tampered with . I just pulled a 61 Franklin proof DDR FS-801 out of a proof set myself. It's very rare so had to kill the set lol.

I have a 1971..doubled die...here is the kicker...it was minted in Denver..I have not seen any other from there..
I'm aware of a 1971 D DDO coin that has some medium class I doubling on the letters of "LIBERTY" and "IN GOD WE TRUST". Does that describe your coin?

I'm wondering if there's a list by year that will show the coins that have high-value and then show the ones that might have errors. I have my coins broken down per year 1943 41 42 43 and so on so I wanted to be able to have a list next to me with the year Circle that would have high-value and then have a checkmark to the ones that might have errors so I could check them first. Seems like the more I look at videos the more coins I find both of these classifications. But I cannot find a list that has them all in order. I must have watched 500 videos and I take notes on each one but didn't everything is all scrambled up Anneliese different pages. I just want to list with the years so I can Circle them on my thing and search them first
I recently purchased a 1970 s uncirculated roll of pennies of which 28 pennies were small date and 22 were lg date. To my amazement when I inspected them I found that almost every single one of them has very obvious doubling on the obverse and reverse sides of the pennies. What are these coins worth?

Have you ever heard of a 2006 Lincoln cent with Lincoln's eye missing? It also has quite a bit of doubling on, both the obverse and reverse.

Once again you nailed it,ty,and I don't like books,I like your videos and would be lost and bored without them,can we get a 1964 Lincoln cent varieties we should look for and the value I have a d over something that looks like a s I don't think there's that error I'm not sure but there is some kind of round Seraph under the D and I don't believe it is D over horizontal d as this Seraph is different than the D Sarah it looks like the S serif to me so it'd be a huge help if you could get us a 64 varieties from the penny thanks bud
There's no D/S varierty for 1964 that I'm aware of but there are quite a number of lesser D/D varieties though.

I found a 2017 Lincoln penny on dark brown copper plantain. Weight 2.48g. And other weight is 2.51gn. (Light color). Have I found a first plantain error coin for 2017 Lincoln penny?
I believe that falls just within the mint's tolerances, but it certainly is unusual.

Thanks again numy, I like how you did the 71 and 72 Penny varieties could you keep it going all the penny varieties for 1969 and of course that would cover the San Francisco Denver and Philadelphia mints could also do it with Nichols all the varieties for 1953 Etc I think if you did it for all the popular years it would be a huge hit because people sort their pennies or at least I Do by year and then I looked at all the years to look for errors and varieties and I think several people probably do that too so it's so much easier for us and yeah there's the red book and all that but then we wouldn't need you I like watching your videos man we need some more videos I know you're working on some right now but come on Titan up let's get it done LOL just kidding can't wait to see your next video though

I actually have one in my possession. I found it while coin roll hunting earlier this year. Dustin Morgan has verified that it is the 1982 zinc small date DDR. I’m sending it off to PCGS very soon. My wife bought me the platinum level so that I can send it in myself. Thanks for your videos. I like watching them.
